FORGING YOUR UNIVERSE...
⧡ FOR CLINICS
A clinic site has one job: turn someone with toothache at 11pm into an appointment tomorrow. Treatment pages, one-tap calling and WhatsApp, and a map that works.
Someone looking for a dentist is rarely browsing. They have a specific problem, they are on a phone, and they are comparing two or three clinics in the few minutes before they decide. A clinic site that works answers five things fast.
Most clinic enquiries in India arrive by phone or WhatsApp, not through a form, so those come first. A click-to-call button dials you in one tap. A WhatsApp button opens a chat with your clinic already selected, which suits the patient who does not want to speak to anyone yet.
An enquiry form is included in every package, and is where after-hours enquiries land.
A full online booking system — real slots, a calendar, confirmations — is a Luxury feature, listed on pricing as full e-commerce and booking systems. If your reception is comfortable handling appointments by phone and WhatsApp, Basic or Premium will serve you; if you want the diary to fill itself, that is Luxury.
For a clinic, the website is usually not what a patient finds first — the Maps listing is. Three things matter, and only one of them is on the site.
We do not promise rankings, and anyone who does is guessing.
Most single-location clinics land on Basic or Premium.
A first site that looks professional and loads fast.
Custom design, a blog or a small store.
A flagship build with 3D, a backend or full e-commerce.
No GST is added — the listed price is the full price. Ongoing maintenance is ₹899 per month on every plan, after the included support period ends. See the full package comparison ⟶
If you run several locations, each one needs its own page with its own address, timings, phone number and map — one page listing three branches will not do. In practical terms that is a page-count question: Premium covers up to twelve pages, which is enough for three or four locations with treatment pages alongside; Luxury has no page limit.
⧡ DEMO BUILD
Made to show the shape of a clinic website. It is a demo, not a client site.
Every build above is a demo made to show what the studio can do. None of them is client work, and no brand shown is a NebulaForge client.
A clinic site moves quickly when five things are to hand at the discovery call.
If you already have a Google Business Profile, bring access to it. If you do not, we help set one up.
⧡ QUESTIONS
A five-page clinic site is ₹6,999 on Basic. A custom design with a page per treatment is ₹14,999 on Premium, with domain and hosting included. A real online booking system is part of Luxury, from ₹29,999. No GST is added, and maintenance is ₹899 per month, after the included support period ends.
Home, one page per treatment you want to be found for, a profile of the dentist, timings and location with a map link, and a contact or booking page. A FAQ answering cost and pain questions helps, because those are what patients hesitate over.
Yes. WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons are included, and they handle most clinic enquiries in practice. A full online booking system with real appointment slots and confirmations is a Luxury feature rather than something included at the lower tiers.
Yes. Each location gets its own page with its own address, timings and map. Premium covers up to twelve pages, which fits three or four locations alongside treatment pages; Luxury has no page limit. We do not take on multi-location SEO campaigns.
NebulaForge helps set up your Google Business Profile and links it with your website and Maps listing. That profile is usually what a patient sees first in a local search, so it matters at least as much as the site itself.
Basic takes seven to ten days and Premium three to four weeks, from the discovery call through wireframes, design and development to launch. Luxury builds with an online booking system run six to ten weeks, with the exact window set in the proposal.
