FORGING YOUR UNIVERSE...
⧡ ONLINE STORES
Custom-coded stores, not a theme on someone else’s platform. Stripe or Razorpay at checkout, WhatsApp for the orders that start as a conversation.
There are two levels of store, and the honest dividing line is catalogue size and how much the store has to run by itself. The Basic package has no e-commerce at all, so a store starts at Premium.
No GST is added to either. Maintenance is ₹899 per month, after the included support period ends.
NebulaForge builds stores in custom code. We do not build on Shopify or WooCommerce, and we are not a partner of either — they are alternatives we do not use, mentioned here only so you know what you are choosing between.
What custom code gives you is that the design is not negotiated with a theme, and there is no platform subscription sitting on top of your costs. What it asks of you is that changes to how the store works come through us rather than through an app store. For a boutique whose product pages are the brand, that trade is usually worth making; for someone who wants to install a plugin every week, it is not.
Checkout runs through Stripe or Razorpay. You pick one; both handle cards and the usual online methods, and the money goes to your account, not ours.
WhatsApp orders are supported, and for a lot of Indian boutiques that is where the actual selling happens — a customer asks whether something comes in another size, and the order follows from the conversation. WhatsApp offers are supported too, for telling existing customers about a drop without buying ads.

There is no cash on delivery. If COD is essential to your model, say so at the enquiry stage, because it changes what we would recommend.
Most of a store’s work happens on one page, and it is not the home page. A product page that converts tends to have the same things.
Copywriting support and imagery are included on Premium and Luxury.
⧡ DEMO BUILDS
All demos, made to show the range. None is a client store, and no brand shown is a client.
A small catalogue where the product photography carries the page.
Demo buildA boutique storefront built around a made-to-order range.
Demo buildClothing with measurements and fit shown properly.
Demo buildA single-product launch told as a scroll narrative.
Every build above is a demo made to show what the studio can do. None of them is client work, and no brand shown is a NebulaForge client.
Three things, and only one is paid to us.
The full breakdown of build costs is on the website cost in Bangalore page.
A store has more moving parts than a brochure site, and most launch delays come from the catalogue rather than the code. Before the build begins, have these decided.
We build the store; we do not operate it. Courier accounts, packing, dispatch and customer service remain yours, and the store is built to fit how you already handle them rather than the other way round. If you dispatch from a shop counter three days a week, the order flow should say so rather than implying same-day dispatch.
The same applies to stock. A Premium store of up to thirty products is managed through the site; a Luxury build adds a custom admin panel so someone on your team can add products, change prices and handle orders daily without coming back to us.
One practical note on launching. It is tempting to wait until the entire catalogue is photographed before going live, and that wait is usually where a store dies. A smaller range launched properly teaches you more in a fortnight than a complete one launched in six months, and adding products later is the part that costs nothing.
⧡ QUESTIONS
A store of up to thirty products is ₹14,999 on the Premium package, inside a twelve-page custom site. Full e-commerce with a custom admin starts at ₹29,999 on Luxury. No GST is added, domain and hosting are included on both, and maintenance is ₹899 per month, after the included support period ends.
NebulaForge builds stores in custom code rather than on those platforms. The design is not constrained by a theme and there is no platform subscription on top of your costs. The trade-off is that changes to how the store works come through us rather than through an app store.
A Premium store takes three to four weeks from the discovery call through wireframes, design and development. A Luxury store with a custom admin runs six to ten weeks, with the exact window scoped in the proposal before anything is built.
Yes. Checkout runs through Stripe or Razorpay, and the money settles into your account. There is no cash on delivery option. If COD is essential to how you sell, mention it in your enquiry, because it changes what we would recommend.
Yes. WhatsApp orders are supported, which suits boutiques where the sale often starts as a question about sizing or fabric. WhatsApp offers are supported too, so you can tell existing customers about a new drop without paying for ads.
Up to thirty products on Premium at ₹14,999. Beyond that, or if the catalogue changes often enough that someone needs to manage it daily, the Luxury package from ₹29,999 gives you unlimited products and a custom admin panel.
