FORGING YOUR UNIVERSE...

Software we run ourselves

Client work is one half of the studio. These two are the other — products NebulaForge built for its own week, kept running, and opened to everybody else. Each one below has a walkthrough and a plain account of how it actually works.

Product 01 · Lead generation & outreach

Nebulora

Find local businesses whose website is letting them down, rebuild their homepage before you ever speak to them, and send the pitch the same day — for web freelancers and small agencies.

Open Nebulora ↗

How it works

The loop Nebulora automates is the one a freelancer already runs by hand: a spreadsheet of Maps results, an evening spent opening each site one at a time, and a cold email that could have been about anybody. Four steps, mostly unattended.

  1. Discover Pick a city and a niche. Connectors for Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram and Apollo return real businesses filtered to your ideal customer — the ones whose site is weak, or missing altogether.
  2. Audit against the rivals down the road A 47-check technical audit that refuses to claim anything it hasn't measured, scored out of 100 and framed against the business's three nearest competitors. Printable, and carrying your brand rather than ours.
  3. Build the demo homepage A real concept homepage is generated from what was scraped, at a link you can send. The first email says “I rebuilt your homepage” instead of “can I show you a mockup?”
  4. Reach out, then follow up on its own AI-written email from your own mailbox, plus WhatsApp, LinkedIn and an AI voice caller — drafted from the audit findings rather than a template. Sequences widen their gaps and stop the moment someone replies, books or asks you to stop.

Replies are read back from your inbox, classified and used to move the pipeline, with bounces and out-of-office deliberately moving nothing. Watchtower re-checks tracked domains on a schedule, so a dead site or an expiring certificate becomes a dated reason to call. Everything is priced in credits — a prospecting run costs 1, an audit 3, a demo homepage 3 — and every account opens with seven days of the full feature set without a card.

  • Global prospecting
  • 47-check audits
  • Instant demo homepages
  • Automatic sequences
  • Reply capture & triage
  • Watchtower monitoring
  • AI voice cold-caller
  • Embeddable site checker

Product 02 · Open-source signal board

Nebrepora

A free board that tracks early open-source and developer-tool breakthroughs for game and tech studios — scored for organic velocity, grouped by the department that would actually adopt them.

Open Nebrepora ↗

How it works

Studios find out about the tool that changes their pipeline about a year late, usually from someone who happened to be in the right thread. Nebrepora is an attempt at the opposite: one board, read in a minute, that says what is genuinely moving and who in the building should care.

  1. Signals, grouped by department Every repo, paper, web product or tool lands in the department that would adopt it — Engineering, Game UI/UX, Art, or Other engineering (audio, live-ops, build, QA, source control) — so nobody reads a board of things that are not their job.
  2. Scored 1–100 on organic velocity The score weighs how sharp the technical leap is and how much real builder discussion exists, not GitHub stars. 80–100 is High signal, 50–79 is Building, 1–49 is Watch. Launch-week marketing, star-bombing and milestone posts with no substance are ignored.
  3. Scan, filter and inspect Filter by department and category, or run a scan against your focus to pull in new matches. Deep inspect opens the analysis, live GitHub metrics and the competitors — stars, 30-day commits, last push and latest release, refreshed daily from the GitHub API.
  4. Shortlist, compare and export Pin up to four signals for a side-by-side table. Copy TL;DR gives you a paragraph to paste into Slack; Export hands you the filtered board as a Markdown briefing and a JSON file for whatever reads it next.

There is no sign-up and no cookies. Pins live in your own browser's localStorage and never leave the device, fonts and assets are served from the site itself, and page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics — no fingerprinting, no personal data. The velocity scores and analysis are analyst judgments, reviewed by hand.
