Every NebulaForge build runs through the same five stages. Here is what happens at each one, what you receive, and what we need from you to keep it moving.
A free 30-minute call — no obligation, no slide deck. We map your goals, your audience and the market you are competing in: who you need to reach, what they should do when they land, and which competitors already do it well.
We ask the awkward questions early, because they are cheaper here than in week four. Who signs off. What content already exists. Whether you have photography. What “finished” looks like to you.
You leave with a written scope summary, the package that fits it, an indicative timeline and a fixed quote. We need half an hour and someone who can make decisions.
Before a single pixel is styled we agree the skeleton: a sitemap showing every page and how they connect, a content plan naming who writes what, and interactive wireframes you can click through in your own browser.
Wireframes are deliberately grey and typeface-neutral. Layout decisions and colour decisions are different decisions, and taking them together is how projects stall. Moving a section now costs minutes; moving it after it has been designed, animated and built costs days.
You leave with a clickable wireframe link, the sitemap and a content checklist. We need your logo files, existing brand colours if you have them, and your copy — or the go-ahead for us to draft it.
The skeleton becomes the thing itself: visual design, type and colour, then the motion layer — scroll-driven storytelling, micro-interactions and, on Luxury builds, 3D WebGL scenes. Animation is prototyped and shown to you moving, never described in a document, because nobody can approve easing from a screenshot.
Motion here is structural rather than decorative. It signals state, directs attention and marks transitions. Anything that merely moves gets cut, and every effect respects reduced-motion settings, so the site stays usable for people who switch animation off.
Revision rounds are set by your package: two on Basic, five on Premium, unlimited during the build on Luxury.
Hand-coded, not assembled in a page builder. The design becomes clean, fast, secure markup, tested on real devices and browsers — phones, tablets and desktops, portrait and landscape, on connections slower than yours.
Performance is a build requirement rather than a later repair. We work to Core Web Vitals as we go, because layout shift and slow loading are far harder to remove from a finished site than to avoid in an unfinished one. Where a build needs a backend — database, admin panel, e-commerce or booking — it is written at this stage.
You leave with a staging URL, so you review the real thing on your own phone rather than a picture of it. We need final copy and images, plus domain and hosting access when you are ready to launch.
Going live is a checklist, not an act of faith: DNS and SSL, redirects from any old URLs so existing search rankings survive the move, sitemap and robots submitted to Google Search Console, structured data validated, and analytics confirmed to be recording before anyone calls it done.
Then the orbit part. Indexing is not instant — a new page is usually crawled within days and settles over the weeks after — so we watch Search Console once you are live instead of handing over the keys and disappearing. Premium includes three months of support, Luxury twelve: updates, backups, security patches and content changes.

Timelines run from the day content and approvals are in hand. That date, far more than the build itself, decides whether a project lands early or late.
Up to five fully responsive pages on a modern template base, with an enquiry form, basic SEO setup, social integration and two revision rounds.
Up to twelve pages of custom UI/UX with scroll animation and micro-interactions, CMS or blog integration, advanced SEO and analytics, and e-commerce for up to thirty products. Five revision rounds and three months of support after launch.
Unlimited bespoke pages, 3D WebGL scenes and cinematic storytelling, a custom backend with database and admin panel, full e-commerce or booking, and brand identity and art direction. Unlimited revisions during the build and twelve months of premium support.
