No. We work on a 50% advance to begin the project and 50% on completion before final handover. For Luxury builds, payment can be split across milestones — discovery, design approval and launch.
Always. Every NebulaForge build — including the 3D and scroll-driven experiences — is designed mobile-first and tested across phones, tablets and desktops before launch.
Yes. Premium and Luxury packages include copywriting support and stock/AI-assisted imagery. If you have brand photography or existing copy, we'll happily work with what you provide instead.
Basic includes a 15-day bug-fix window, Premium includes 3 months of free support, and Luxury includes 12 months of premium support. After that, ongoing maintenance plans are available for updates, backups and content changes.
Every package includes revision rounds — 2 for Basic, 5 for Premium, and unlimited revisions during the build for Luxury — so the final result matches your vision exactly.
